A la presentaci\u00f3n asistieron nuestros socios de Pich Arquitectos, AHC, Ag\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;Habitatge de Catalunya y el Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n Energ\u00e9tica de Catalu\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Prototipo ComfortWall<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El prototipo ComfortWall es la materializaci\u00f3n de meses de investigaci\u00f3n e innovaci\u00f3n centrados en el dise\u00f1o de un kit plug-and-use prefabricado, vers\u00e1til, adaptable y escalable, para la renovaci\u00f3n profunda de edificios, basado en el sistema patentado de texTILES h\u00edbridos Denvelops\u00ae.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/destinobahamas.icu\/dnvlops\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/NEW-DENVELOPS-PLURAL-HYBRID-WALL-1.jpg\" alt=\"NUEVO DENVELOPS PLURAL HYBRID WALL\" class=\"wp-image-18607\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/destinobahamas.icu\/dnvlops\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/NEW-DENVELOPS-PLURAL-HYBRID-WALL-2.jpg\" alt=\"NUEVO DENVELOPS PLURAL HYBRID WALL\" class=\"wp-image-18609\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El prototipo se compone de dos secuencias de tres bastidores, cada uno de los cuales ha sido dise\u00f1ado para preinstalar, transportar y facilitar la instalaci\u00f3n final de los siguientes elementos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"line-height:1.5\">\n<li><strong>Smart Window<\/strong>:&nbsp; La unidad de la ventana se fija de forma segura al marco durante el montaje y el transporte, y luego se gu\u00eda e instala hasta su posici\u00f3n final, completamente separada de la fachada colgante y perfectamente sellada. Los acabados de la ventana est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para permitir el acceso a los filtros de mantenimiento de la unidad de ventilaci\u00f3n. La ventana inteligente ha sido suministrada por el socio italiano del consorcio del proyecto, Bergamo Technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"line-height:1.5\">\n<li><strong>Sistema de sombreado:<\/strong> Las lamas se colocan delante de las ventanas y permiten la interacci\u00f3n de los ocupantes para proporcionar una iluminaci\u00f3n y un sombreado totales. Su dise\u00f1o es robusto y coherente con el dise\u00f1o est\u00e9tico del prototipo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"line-height:1.5\">\n<li><strong>Unidad de ventilaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> La unidad de ventilaci\u00f3n se fija de forma segura al marco durante el montaje y el transporte, y luego se instala en su posici\u00f3n final, completamente separada de la fachada colgante, la tecnolog\u00eda de la unidad de ventilaci\u00f3n ha sido proporcionada por el socio del consorcio del proyecto, la Universidad T\u00e9cnica Checa de Praga.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"line-height:1.5\">\n<li><strong>Captaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda fotovoltaica:<\/strong> Paneles fotovoltaicos espec\u00edficamente dise\u00f1ados y fabricados seg\u00fan los requisitos de Denvelops.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"line-height:1.5\">\n<li><strong>Aislamiento<\/strong>: Innovadores componentes permiten no s\u00f3lo la preinstalaci\u00f3n de la capa de aislamiento a cada marco y el transporte, sino tambi\u00e9n el ajuste final en la obra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"line-height:1.5\">\n<li><strong>Dise\u00f1o est\u00e9tico personalizado<\/strong>: La innovadora tecnolog\u00eda \u00abSNAP attachment\u00bb de Denvelops Hybrid TexTILES proporciona una fachada 100% registrable, gracias a la instalaci\u00f3n sin tornillos de las plaquetas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Este prototipo ha permitido probar los nuevos componentes, el montaje y los procedimientos de instalaci\u00f3n para las funcionalidades descritas y permitir\u00e1 realizar m\u00e1s tests sobre la usabilidad de los componentes, la ac\u00fastica y el rendimiento t\u00e9rmico de la soluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El prototipo ComfortWall, adem\u00e1s del prototipo SmartWall y el prototipo ConnExWall, conforman los tres tipos de kits PnU desarrollados en el Proyecto Plural. La fase de pruebas permitir\u00e1 realizar las optimizaciones finales de cara a la renovaci\u00f3n de los edificios de demostraci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/destinobahamas.icu\/dnvlops\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Hybrid-Wall-Prototype-Denvelops-1220x1627.jpg\" alt=\"Prototipo Denvelops Hybrid Wall\" class=\"wp-image-18589\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Denvelops\u00ae y el Proyecto PLURAL<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Denvelops\u00ae es una de las empresas de fachadas que participan en el proyecto Plural, que ha recibido financiaci\u00f3n del programa de investigaci\u00f3n e innovaci\u00f3n Horizon 2020 de la Uni\u00f3n Europea bajo el acuerdo de subvenci\u00f3n n\u00ba 958218.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto PLURAL pretende dise\u00f1ar, validar y demostrar una gama de kits Plug-and-Use prefabricados, vers\u00e1tiles, adaptables y escalables. Se desarrollar\u00e1 una plataforma basada en el modelado de informaci\u00f3n de construcci\u00f3n (BIM) y una herramienta de apoyo a la toma de decisiones (DST) para permitir la selecci\u00f3n e integraci\u00f3n \u00f3ptimas de componentes, el mejor dise\u00f1o de kits Plug-and-Use y una fabricaci\u00f3n e instalaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidas y de bajo coste. &nbsp;Los sistemas de energ\u00eda renovable y de control inteligente se combinar\u00e1n con componentes de fachada prefabricados de bajo impacto ambiental para crear los kits Plug-and-Use integrados para la renovaci\u00f3n profunda de edificios residenciales.
